The structural changes that occur when quenched steels are tempered are a function of time and temperature,

but the exact opposite. Tempered steel is a steel that has been hardened by heat treatment to release stress,
soften and increase plasticity by reheating during tempering. Structural changes and changes in properties
caused by tempering depend on the temperature at which the steel is reheated. The higher the temperature,
the greater the effect, so the choice of temperature often depends on the degree to which hardness and
strength are sacrificed for plasticity and toughness.
Using the program control heating method, the temperature curve can be input into the instrument,
and the corresponding curve can be called up each time the Continuous Tempering Furnace is started, and the “RUN” key
is pressed to run, and the system will automatically execute the heating, heat preservation, and cooling
procedures, and the operation process does not require human intervention. Extremely convenient.
